Enamul Karim Nirjhar (born 29 November 1962, Rajshahi, Bangladesh) is a renowned Bangladeshi architect, filmmaker, lyricist, composer, photographer, graphic designer, and writer. He studied architecture at the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) and is the founder and principal architect of System Architects, a leading architectural firm in Bangladesh known for its innovative and contemporary designs. His architectural portfolio includes notable projects like the British American Tobacco headquarters in Dhaka, conceptual restaurants such as Bukhara and Santoor, and the aesthetic commercial neighborhood Nina Kabbo.

Nirjhar is also a celebrated filmmaker, with his debut feature film Aha! (2007) receiving critical acclaim and winning multiple Bangladesh National Film Awards including Best Direction and Best Cinematography. The film was Bangladesh’s official submission for the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film. He also made Nomuna (2009), a socio-political satire, and has produced several other documentaries and short films.

In addition to architecture and film, Nirjhar is an accomplished lyricist and composer with a compilation album “Ek Nirjharer Gaan” featuring 101 Bengali songs. His work blends cultural heritage with contemporary creativity, integrating poetry and visual art in his architectural designs and media projects.
